How it works

Full transparency here, we don't currently keep any inventory. So literally nothing is in stock ready to be shipped out at any given time.

That being said, what I do have are suppliers - a couple of different suppliers for different types of products - and these suppliers do have inventory. Lots of blank items waiting to have stuff printed onto them. This type of business model is called Print on Demand, and it allows me to be much more agile, and not worried so much about how well received any given product will be, so I can not only make the things I think are cool, but then also find out which things other people think are cool too so I can make more of them.

Since I have multiple suppliers, your stuff may ship in multiple packages. Some suppliers will always ship certain types of things separate as well, so even if you order multiple things from the same supplier you may get multiple packages and things may take differing amounts of time to get to you.

Lots of confusion and guesswork. This is the reason I offer free shipping, because you shouldn't have to pay $10 in shipping because you bought a t-shirt from 2 different suppliers, especially when you don't even know which items come from which suppliers.

One thing that should work pretty much the same no matter which supplier makes your t-shirt - or whatever else you decide you want from my store - they are all pretty fast at printing and shipping items. It may take a few days to print the item, we are not Amazon with prime same day shipping, but it shouldn't take a long time to receive your goods.

I'll lay out a little more information about returns in my Returns page, but because I don't have inventory nor a way setup to have inventory to ship to other people, returns can be difficult outside of product defects or other errors on our part which are definitely covered within 30 days.
