Returns

As I stated in How it works, I don't keep any inventory. All of my products are printed on demand, meaning you buy it, the order is sent to my printer, they pick your order and print your requested designs, they ship the finished product to you.

Since I have no inventory, I have no way to resell anything returned to me.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.

Wrong Address - If you or an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to my suppliers facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our suppliers facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).

Returns for anything except damaged or defective products will be handled on a case by case basis, but may be denied at our discretion. I'd like to say returns within 30 days will be accepted, but I can see cases in my mind where a return would be denied. Remember this is a small business and as such is not large enough to eat much in terms of cost associated with returns - but I also want people who shop here to be happy, and as such will do what I can to people who are nice and communicate whats going on.
